• Architectural Control Board (ACB)
The ACB is the approval authority for all property owner construction within the development. All plans for new construction, additions, out-buildings, fences, etc. must be approved by the ACB prior to starting the consturction. The board meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday at 9:30am in the Black Creek Center.
• CC&Rs Review Committee
The CC&Rs Review Committee is updating the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) and By-Laws that apply to the Association. They are reviewing the current (1969 version) CC&Rs and drafting changes to incorporate new State laws and meet the needs of our changing community. The committee meets every Thursday at 6:30pm in the Black Creek Center.
• Pedestrian & Equestrian (P&E) Trails Committee
The P&E Trails Committee is developing and establishing walking and riding trails within the development to allow hikers, bicyclists, and equestrians the facilities to better enjoy the community. The committee meets as needed in Black Creek Center (see calendar on Home Page for next scheduled meeting. |
