It is the intention of this committee to establish more recreation activities and opportunities at Black Creek Park and the Little John equestrian area. The Committee will take suggestions and recommendations from our CCLTOA members and research projects including the costs, the steps of progression and establish a strategic document to reach goals in the upcoming years. The Committee will also coordinate with the P&E Trails Committee.

The Committee’s established time and place to meet is the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at Black Creek Park and special meetings may be called if holiday conflicts or business needed to be conducted prior to regular meetings. These meetings will be open to the public and will be noticed on the website and bulletin board outside of the office. A chairperson will run the meeting, and a secretary will keep records in a professional manner. The Committee chairperson or her representative will report the minutes of the meeting at each monthly board meeting.
